Shipping & Delivery

LockRight LLC ships with USPS and FEDEX unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering. We are subject to USPS shipping schedules. Contact Us or the post office or FEDEX directly during holidays to get information about shipping schedules. Customers will be contacted if there will be a shipping delay. Larger orders usually ship via Truck, using a carrier chosen by LockRight LLC or specified by the customer at the time of ordering.

International Shipping Provided by USPS, FEDEX AND DHL usually USPS is the most economical.

Shipping costs domestic and international are provided by England logistics portal and are calculated at check out but International customs duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Privacy & Security

LockRight LLC does collect and save information entered on our website and is stored on a secure server, such as information on items browsed and purchased, orders, delivery and address information, and information associated with your order. LockRight LLC also collects data associated with the technical aspects of website usage, such as IP address and timestamps. LockRight LLC uses this information to properly service our customers and to help improve your experience on our website.

LockRight LLC does not sell personally identifiable customer information for commercial purposes. We do share customer information to those agents who perform functions on our behalf, such as those who maintain our website, handle email communications, contribute to order fulfillment, help to market our business, analyze data, process credit cards and perform customer service. Should LockRight LLC be acquired, substantially or wholly, customer information would, of course, be one of the transferred assets. LockRight LLC reserves the right to periodically send offers or other information from us or from our business partners to customers who have registered on our website. An unsubscribe function is included on each email please use if you wish not to receive emails.

Like most eCommerce websites, LockRight LLC uses 'cookies' to manage some of the features of the website, such as user identity. While it is possible to use our site with cookies disabled, in order to assemble orders or use personalized features, a customer must have cookies enabled in their web browser.

LockRight LLC understands the importance of protecting customer information. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is used when exchanging sensitive information between the browser and the web server.Customer information is kept on databases that are password protected from the Internet. A time-limited credentialing procedure guards against illegitimate order placement and access to your order and we do not save credit card information in Our commerce system

Returns & Replacements

GripLockTies from LockRight LLC may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the item is returned due to defect or our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. We will not accept for return any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. For return information on specialty items or orders, please call 866-547-4755. Special Order colors or configurations are not returnable without special consideration. All returns must include a RGA number.

Ordering

All orders placed with LockRight LLC will receive an order conformation sent via e-mail. And we strive to ship orders each day but is not guaranteed. All customers with questions are encouraged to contact us. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am till 5:00pm EST.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

LockRight LLC accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards and paypal. We also accept checks, money orders, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. LockRight LLC product pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at anytime, typographical or otherwise.

Shortages or Wrong Item

Be aware that occasionally, items in your order may be shipped from multiple locations and so will likely arrive at different times. In most cases, receiving a package that is missing items is due to multiple shipments and not due to an error on our part. At LockRight LLC we strive to ship each order complete and without any mistakes, however, should a mistake be made by us, simply let us know and we will make the necessary corrections. If a shortage or wrong item does occur you must report the problem to us within 7 business days of receiving the order, otherwise these orders will be regarded as accepted and complete.
